Awesome bank and great new app!
Been banking with OSCU for 5+ years and has always been my favorite bank. They have the best customer service and are one of the best local credit unions out there!
New update is garbage
Updated app only to be presented with an account that I can no longer log into! App is requiring I make a new password but simply refuses to send me a code to my phone number. Will be changing banks next time I make it to Albany/corvallis. Unfortunate what they have done. New AI integrations are utterly useless and costumer service is non-existentant

New update sucks
I have really enjoyed banking with OSCU, until this recent (July 2026) app/website update. Transferring between accounts now takes all day to transfer and there’s a cap on how much you can send. I could usually send over my rent via the app, and now we have to use Venmo again because it exceeds the daily limit you can send!
Overall, the new update is making me consider changing banks all together. No longer a fan :(

The app has improved a lot. However no dark mode in 2026 is just ludicrous.

I love Oregon State Credit Union, they are right on top of things and they are so wonderful with the seniors, I’ve been with them several years, I wouldn’t change for the world.

New Update
The new update which we were forced into yesterday is HORRIBLE. So many issues. Password not valid. Username not valid. The one time I was able to sign in the layout was atrocious. Someone should be fired over this. Especially since they had months to get it right. Did they not test the app before rolling it out? Apparently they did not. Horrible.
