I love Oregon State Credit Union, they are right on top of things and they are so wonderful with the seniors, I’ve been with them several years, I wouldn’t change for the world.

The new update which we were forced into yesterday is HORRIBLE. So many issues. Password not valid. Username not valid. The one time I was able to sign in the layout was atrocious. Someone should be fired over this. Especially since they had months to get it right. Did they not test the app before rolling it out? Apparently they did not. Horrible.

Just updated won’t let me login.
Just did the update. Says I have to reset my password. Have to enter in personal info related to account to reset password so I enter in my info…. Says unable to locate account. Lovely update. The ai chatbot is also useless.

I have been an OSU credit union member since you open the door. I watched the building get built. You have given me all the tools to be successful with this switchover. Thank you in the past. I have had homeowners loan several homeowners loans consolidation you guys have always been there for my needs and wants lol have a nice day
