Okay but..
The allowed me to request a taxi but when I needed to cancel my ride it has said that it has been trying to cancel for the past 2-3 hours.. it also didn’t let me put in my payment information.

I ordered a cab the day before for 10:15 am, everything seemed ok, I received confirmation # as well, no mention that the cab might be late. I checked the app the next day while waiting and my cab was 30 min away. So I will be late to the airport! I called costumer service and was blown off/ hung up on stating „next time better call in, bye „ I will not use Oregon Taxi again and certainly not the app. App is unreliable and costumer service is rude!

App and service
App USED to be fine. They did an update and now it never finds a cab. I have to call them.
Service is good, cab drivers are usually nice however I was kicked out of a cab about a year ago for getting into a political argument with the driver. I was drunk too. He should have just sucked it up and got me home, instead I somehow managed to stumble home in the middle of the night. Guess I had it coming but really?

Needs improvements on booking taxi’s
Have attempted to use the app twice now. Both times a taxi was never sent to address for pick up and waited 30 minutes before calling and having a taxi rerouted to our location.
