I tried to play it, and I couldn’t even scroll down and I couldn’t even begin to play it I tried five times reset my iPad and nothing worked on and all this is the worst game I’ve ever played

There are only a couple of options which are test hunt and continue on. When you get sick you die. There is no way to make yourself better. Dumb game.
