Can’t take a picture of a check for a mobile deposit. Keeps saying it needs more contrast and refuses to snap a picture of the check. Worthless!
Worthless
I installed it specifically to make a mobile deposit and it refused to take the picture of the check. What’s the point of having a feature that you can’t use? Maybe update your app more often. I also question the security of a banking app that hasn’t seen an update in two years. Worthless.

We moved to the area a few months ago and chose this credit union. The user interface is terrible. Joint account owners can’t both login. You have logout of your computer to use the phone app.
Frustrating beyond words.
Don’t bother trying to use the deposit a check feature; it doesn’t work if the check is any color other than white.
App is useless
Took multiple times to log in. The mobile deposit doesn’t work.
Bad Service
I have trouble being locked out of app when I need information. I complete the log in (ID & Password) and then It just sits and does nothing. No error message and no log in.

This app is really bad.
Really not that bad
The UI is fairly straightforward and includes standard gestures like swiping from the left to go back a screen. It even lets you use biometrics. Not sure why this gets such a bad rap
Bugs & Terrible UI
I have been helping my elderly parents with their banking during the pandemic and have had a terrible time with this app. It locks me out regularly even though I am putting the right information in. It also shuts down when I try to make a mobile deposit and tells me I’m still in the app! Maddening! I belong to two other local credit unions and never have these issues. Please upgrade and get some better IT support to improve this app for your customers.

Fix Login Page
Every time I go to sign in it jumps to the update password screen, it’s a loop and you can’t get out of it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and I get the same thing.

Terrible app. So redundant. Constant logging out, timing out, not available- wastes time. Disappointed.
Will not do a mobile deposit
I have tried a number of times to do a mobile deposit. It gets to the copy check and locks me out. Have to wait 11 minutes to get back in. Sent a debug and they just said reload app which I have done several times. Then they closed my case! Not good when I am out of Oregon and need to make deposit!

Too many glitches with mobile deposit
I’m on my third day of trying to make a mobile deposit. I had success the day before so I was excited to be able to do it so easily again. Every time I try to get the camera to work it freezes me out and drops the whole thing Instead of allowing me to try again. Then I have to wait 11-12 mins to try to log back on only to have the same issue. I’ve tried this with my phone and with I-pad. Sometimes it works and sometimes it’s just time to give up and drive to an ATM.

Online services are horrible
With the amount of technology around nowadays you would think they could figure out how to make an app that works 99% of the time. Seems like every time you go to use the app you have a 50% chance of it working. Bank has good rates, but worst online service and support I have ever seen.
A Nightmare to Login
This app is so secure I’ve rarely been able to successfully login to my account.

This app is crap. Every time I tap it I get an error message. I might have to find a new credit union/bank.

Use this app a lot
I do most of my banking through this app. Checking balances, transfers, mobile deposits, paying bills. Saves me lots of time.
