Perfect quick reference
I wanted a quick way to check to see what organ is acting up or needing support. This certainly does that. It gives a nice overview of the current organ to use in combination with the various healing modalities. I like that it does use actual GPS location (when it asks allow when using) to determine your longitude when calculating the true solar time.

Overpriced.
Not worth $2. Wouldn’t be worth it for free. A few sentences about each two hour segment that can easily be found for free online. That and a GUI that gives you a digital clock. Period

Ich benutze dieses App schon seit vielen Jahren, leider lief es vor dem Update nicht mehr ganz zuverlässig! Sicher weil IOS immer mehr voranging und dieses App noch nicht darauf abgestimmt war...

Update has lost the whole screen picture of all organs together. Now it's just a series of info pages.
The addition of solar time is good, I'm sure my body works on solar time.

Schön geworden die App. Bitte bei Gelegenheit noch den Darstellungsfehler beim Lungenmeridian korrigieren. Betrifft die erste Zeile, ansonsten perfekt. 😊👍
Wenig fürs Geld, dafür aber mit Fehler
Es funktioniert - weitestgehend. Wenn man von Zeit zu Zeit mit einem Fingerwisch wechseln will, ändern sich nicht alle Informationen. Die Zeitangabe bleibt. Man muss also immer zurück ins Hauptmenü. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn man eine richtige Uhr mit der entspr. Darstellung ergänzend aufrufen könnte, als funktioneller Screensaver sozusagen.

This app started well originally, a nice little reference. it now only functions in portrait view and with only half of the info. If it doesn't get a decent update, give it a miss.

Have just downloaded this app; it is not as advanced or detailed as the one shown on screen shot beware!!
Useless app
For a price of $1.99, this app is a ripped off. It copies the information from Wikipedia. More useful information is needed to justify for the cost of this app.

Cited by wikipedia instead of reliable source. Incorrectly states the heart governs blood when the organ that governs blood is SP. Seems correct in reference to other organs. However, overall, not a reliable source for a quick reference to refresh memory.
Interesting application with flawed description
This chinese medicine clock looks very interesting. However all the information in there should be interpreted by someone who has some knowledge of Chinese medicine. Otherwise one could draw conclusions too rapidly. Also, when they say in the description "… this may be an indication of the organ that is out of balance" is not entirely true. They should have written: "… this may be an indication of the meridian that is out of balance". For example, the liver meridian is the meridian that brings the energy to the liver. If the liver meridian is out of balance, it does not mean that your liver is sick, although it may eventually lead to that.
About the software, I was disappointed to find out after purchasing this app that it was not displaying the time as is shown on the screenshots. The current time does not appear anywhere in the app. One thing I should mention is that I am using it on an iPod touch.
That being said, for people with some knowledge of Chinese medicine, this app can be very useful, especially to tell which meridian is currently most active.
