I love using this app, it changed my approach to diet and fitness! It’s versatility made me comfortable with using it and not having to go back and forth between other apps. Everything is in one place. When I felt I couldn’t complete an exercise (due to not being able to get to a gym at times) I sent a message and my work out routine was immediately adjusted. 10/10 recommend!

Success using organic pros app
The organic pros app has been such an effective tool on my weight loss journey. Using the features on the app are very easy and useful for tracking my strength and weight loss. The workout demonstration videos are tailored to your needs and are very easy to follow. What I enjoyed most is the accessibility to the trainer through the messaging app. I was able to communicate my questions and get a response quickly. I was able to request new workouts depending on my weekly schedule and my needs. If I felt something wasn’t working, my workout routine was adjusted on the app. My results using the organic pros app are improved energy levels, weight loss, and gained strength. By using the app, tracking how much weight I have been lifting and how many reps I can do has been a way for me to push myself to the next level in my fitness journey. You are also able to upload your before and after fitness pictures to track your progress. It is very convenient to have everything organized and assessable on this app.
