This app might or might not improve your workflow. It can parse ToDos you export from Things and organize them according to your schedule, then export them to your calendar. For Organizer to understand the amount of time it takes for each ToDo to complete, you need to label them similar to this:
- “1h watch that show”
- “5min buy milk”
- “1h 30m go to the gym”
- “2h5min walk the dog”
- “4 m touch up on the email”
