Weird UX. lost all my locations

Not for driving maybe walking but I can get walking directions with maps….

You're right, this app isn't useful for driving; Waze would do the job much more efficiently. This app doesn't give you orders ("turn right", "turn left"...), and that's its main advantage: you'll never get lost, but you'll be free to choose your own path. This application is a Swiss army knife for finding your way around the world. It won't give you instructions on how to get from one point to another, but it will be useful for locating the position, and distance of up to 6 points of interest. Some people use it to wander freely, knowing they'll never get lost. Others use it simply to understand their surroundings. Others use it to locate their car, hotel, favorite museum stores in a visited city, so they can walk from one point to another without having a GPS giving them orders. Personally, I use it when I'm in a boat, train or plane ( needs internet) and want to locate a town, lake or building, or simply know my speed and altitude. Waze and Apple Maps are great Aps for getting from point A to point B quickly, but not so great when you're on a boat or discovering a new place in complete freedom. best regards. :)
