The calendar won’t let me put a date in

Information is unclear & incomplete, unnecessary navigation through options, no upfront disclosure about the 8c/kWh, no information on how to delink My EV. I’m done and moving away.
Worst service just sends you in loops

For 9 days the app has not shown how much our solar system is generating.I have messaged them often without any results.

Great app, full of useful billing and electricity usage information
EV charging
Unfortunately the benefit of using the EV charging has proven frustrating. After repeated attempts to fix the issue the team are unable to restore the override function which means my charging is at the mercy of a third post that has now failed to car my Tesla sufficiently on many occasions. This app is useless
I’m amazed you pay good money for this. I was a Socia professor in computer science and I think Software like this deserves a failure. I used to work for prospect when it was a company worth working for.

People want to talk to a person not some computer
Good but could improve
It’s a functional app and fairly easy to use. It’s a little clunky, but with a little bit of spitting polish could be even better, especially like being able to use parts of it, which are in progress as opposed to not being unused the middle.

Reviewing usage
It used to be easy to review usage. Now it is clunky and hard to navigate. I guess you want to make it hard for customers to see how they are being ripped off. Your prices are a joke.
