Wow!
Wow - no option to pick a time frame for a delivery when placing the order on the app. Was told to just “sort out my dog” and make sure she isn’t in the yard when they arrive. Pick up time still not updated in the app but guy on the phone said between 2:30pm and 3:10pm which is right on school pick up! Not happy!

Not to mention Origin have so many ads and emails about being able to check you costs as you go to manage your bill… but released new plans over a month ago and obviously didn’t test them so the app doesn’t calculate the cost. Roomie errors for a company who wants you to do everything through the app

This app is terrible - hasn’t worked since June and I’ve no idea how much credit I have or the power used or where my credits are …. So so angry at this company and will be switching

ORIGIN ENERGY HAS EXTREMELY POOR USAGE INFORMATION COMPARED TO OUR PREVIOUS SUPPLIER IN EAST GIPPSLAND WHO WOULD MAKE INSTANT COMPARISONS WITH THE PREVIOUS YEAR AS WELL AS DETAILED HOURLY UP TO DAILY USAGE FOR THE YEAR.
Compare the market
Origin is quite an expensive provider. I was with them for quite a number of years. Even with a special concession other it was hundreds of dollars more expensive than other providers. Just have a look at the market for a deal that suits you. Ps. Origin’s AI help is super annoying.
Poor app
App is poor compared to others. Can’t extend repayments as easy as other companies. If I didnt have to be tied into origin I wouldn’t I would chose AGL. Way better to navigate and more time for repayment option.

Ive had so much problems with origin along with calling them and emailing them multiple times they constantly Where messing around with me and the app originally showed a prediction on my power till they closed my account, because someone put there power as my address so automatically canceling mine!! 0/10

Usage calculations
The app used to add up the cost of usages, as well as the cost of the daily rate, at the moment the app shows the amount used and lists the daily rate amount. For the app to be useful, can you please change is back to calculating the total of the amount used and the daily rate. Thanks

The app used to include the prediction of bill cost based on daily usage. A handy feature, now has been removed.
Made extra complicated with multiple 2 factor authentications within the app
I was made to enter multiple times the OTP to open simple usage or billing options inter account, that is still understandable under security but STILL then they don’t send OTP out having worst experience, I’ve tried multiple times, can’t even do anything cause the connection speed is abismal and not working even with 500 mbps speed package. Can I be more stupid to stay with origin anymore?

Very easy to navigate in all areas. It’s a nice change when looking for information on my account or just to get my fuel discount.
