This app NEVER works
This is very very unbelievable - multi million dollar firm that can’t get an app to work. I’m considering closing my account. If they can’t manage an app or have the right people to correct a problem that’s existed for well over a year, how can we rely on them not dropping the ball on the money management aspect of their business as well.

Works great!
I was quickly able to login and all my accounts are there with correct information. I like how this app breaks down the investments by the mandates/strategist rather than the way TD Ameritrade just shows a ton of ticker symbols. I think this is more streamlined.

12.1 issues
I have an iPhone XR and this app worked on my iPhone 7 with iOS 12.1.2 now I have 12.1.3 on the XR and the app won’t load. Please revise the app.
Needs work
App worked for what I needed until a phone upgrade. Now it doesn’t launch.
New User
Just opened for the first time with IOS 11.3, everything works fine. Seems like an overly simple Ap though. But so is their website.
Terrible integration
FTJ has terrible integration with all other financial apps. FTJ does now allow access when trying to login.
Crashes with new iOS
Ever since I updated to the latest iOS, the app won’t open...before then, it worked fine.
Pretty lackluster app
A financial institution should have something better than this. Makes you wonder if they’re other tech (security) is up to spec.
Not working
It’s not showing any of my account balances. Straight up has ZERO as figure. When I know that’s wrong there are funds. Pretty sad actually. They need to fix this crap ASAP

How do you put out an app that does nothing!!?
Flat out doesn't work - blank screen
At least on ios9 it opens to a blank screen. It's literally a flashlight app. That's it. It does absolutely nothing. :(
