I have just paid £1.99 for this app which won't stay open despite claiming to be compatible with my iPhone X. Should have read the last review. Apple how do I get my money back?

I've just bought this app and it simply won't open which means it is useless. Help. Very disgruntled H.
Gotta Get Away!
This app is excellent. Saves itinerary and gives you direct access to airline check-in site and maps. It has a large amount of information about each airport and the specific layouts are very detailed. Even has a packing list!!! Only downside? Someone doesn't come and take me to the airport :), but they will probably fix that too. I will recommend this app to all.

Horrible
Waste if money. Missing airlines, inaccurate info, cannot separate domestic from international. This app is a total waste. Save you money.
