Yard waste
The only problem I have is that yard waste is not picked up on schedule days, my yard waste can be in front of my house for up to 2 weeks and no one ever comes to pick it up and it’s very irritating to see all that . Need better service for yard waste pick up.
Works well
My only suggestion is to track conversations in the app and let me reply to things I’ve sent. I’ve sent things in, and then I’m never sure if I should wait for a response before trying to add additional information.
Really helpful
The only suggestion I have is if once the large item pick up is complete there might be a way to know on the app. Just because if someone takes the large item I could cancel the pick up. But I really feel this is a useful way to schedule service. Thank you.

My neighbor introduced me to this app a couple weeks ago. I have used it 3 time so far. OUC has been right on the ball. This app has been extremely helpful.
Great app, but service?
The app is great, used it to request a large item pick up, but it was not picked up as scheduled. Yet a neighbor who moved out dumped a ton of furniture by the street and the regular waste truck picked it all up.

They do an excellent job. I scheduled a pick up of some old furniture on the app and the next day it was picked up. It is absolutely the best service I have ever had.
