Bad experience
After a year account bacame invalid. Could not register new one. App lags, unresponsive, treats valid data like phone number as invalid
Germany?!
We need the german language and german charging points!
App only in polish
Not recommendable, if you are a tourist and do not speak Polish, you don’t make it to fulfill the registration. Other offerers like Tesla or Ionity are user-friendly.
Much better than other big chargers operator
This app is so much better than competitors. It works every single time, registration was nice and easy. Only negative thing I can say about app is broken text in pricing window at some chargers, but still readable so it’s all good.

Leider hat menu mir das Workaround mit set Firmenadresse nicht funktioniert.

Fire your app devs
Registration says that I need to provide a country name although it’s not asked. Workaround is to register as company. So far so good, but when I try to register a new credit card, I get an “eService error 31”. The company either does not want to make business or does not want to have new customers 🙄

Guys, are you sane to force users to use Polish keyboard during the registration? I spend half an hour trying to register (while my car could be charged already) and understand what your validator exactly wants.

Unable to registrate. Just the information „payer address country not provided“. No way to change that. Tried to registrate from Germany. Not good.

PróbującZaładować prąd na stacji Orlen charge po ściągnięciu aplikacji, założeniu konta okazuje się że nie da się wprowadzić karty kredytowej .występuje błąd pt. karta nie może być zaakceptowana. Karta jest Polska telefony z Polski próbowaliśmy na dwóch różnych telefonach niestety bez powodzenia.
Znaleźliśmy się w czarnej zupie : będąc u źródła wody nie mogliśmy się jej napić .

Katastrofa App
rejestracja to katastrofa i niemożliwa bo nazwa nie jest rozpoznawana i pojawia się komunikat, aby wpisać nazwę polskimi literami 😤

really frustrating: only in polish
App is Polish only, even when it comes to first names
Registration is only offering Polish language. No way to register without native speaker support. So Polish, it even refused to accept my first name “Christian”, as it would contain “non-polish letters”. Had to us a fake name. So beware if you name is André or XÆA-XII. 😂 App gets one extra star, as if you made it there, it’s offering Apple Pay for easy payment without polish credit card.
