Widzę stare, archiwalne paczki a nowych nie. Całkowicie bezużyteczna apka.

Aplikacja ładna, prosta i spójna. Wygląda na to że również stabilna. Aczkolwiek nie pokazuje paczek więc niestety nieprzydatna.

Jak w tytule - po co apka skoro nie rejestruje i nie pokazuje przesyłek. Zakup w sklepie internetowym (i bynajmniej nie na platformie allegro), przychodzi mail z linkiem do trackingu paczki oraz info o zaletach apki i śledzenia w niej przesyłki. Apka powiązana z nr telefonu, na który z Orlen Paczki dostaje sms o samej paczce i możliwości jej odbioru, a w apce od 2 dni cisza jak makiem zasiał… Instalacja nie ma sensu

Całkowicie nie intuicyjna . Ciężka w obsłudze. Muszą się jeszcze dużo nauczyć. Warto przykład zastosować InPost .

Przestała działać, Iphone14, biały ekran, reinstalacja pomogła na jedno uruchomienie:)
Beznadzieja
Dramatyczna aplikacja, nie da się nadać paczki przez nią, wiecznie wiszą paczki o statusie „paczka gotowa do nadania” mimo że już dawno odebrana. Takich paczek mam ok 60!!!!
Bezużyteczna
Czekam na kod przychodzi przepisuje a aplikacja że kod nie poprawny. Nie ma jak skorzystać. Po odpowiedzi wysłane zgłoszenie nikt nigdy nie odpowiedział.
Aplikacja nie dziala
Nie wysyła się kod potwierdzający na numer telefonu. Kręci się kółeczko oczekiwania za każdym razem. Bez tego nie można korzystać z aplikacji.
Useless
Useless app. I installed it to extend the parcel collection period. I can see parcels from last year and last month in the app, but two parcels from this month are not displayed. What is the logic?
I contacted customer service, and all they told me was that if the parcels are not displayed in the app, it is impossible to extend the pickup period. So the customer service is useless too. To be honest, it's terrible. I use DPD, DHL, and InPost and have never had this problem with other apps. All parcels are displayed regardless of when you installed the app.
What's the point of customer service if they are powerless in such a simple matter? It's a dilemma.

compared to other apps from other companies like allegro, inpost & dhl, tracking packages isn’t working on the app and i have to do it in the browser which is very inconvenient.

App is useless. Service is bad. Everything from delivery itself to app and web tracking way worse than competitors

I see a lot of info about my old packages, (and I have to delete it one by one, more than 50 parcels, so annoying), but the app doesn’t see two packages that I am waiting rn. And I can’t add them myself

I buy a lot of parcels throught vinted, from Poland to sweden thanks to Orlen, and it’s completely useless. About 20% of all my orders through this shipping provider didn’t even come through to sweden and i get zero information on why, i hope this terrible company fixed it’s problems cause this is truły annoying

Status w aplikacji i na stronie internetowej nie jest zsynchronizowany. Jeśli na stronie internetowej napisano, że przesyłka jest w drodze do punktu odbioru, dlaczego w aplikacji status wskazuje, że przesyłka jest w drodze?
Nie spełnia swojej funkcji
Nie widzi mojej paczki nadanej przez vinted, mimo tego samego numeru telefonu. Co więcej nie ma opcji dodania przesyłki do obserwowanych mając jej numer…
9 digits for mobile nr is insufficient
I cannot use it because I have only Ukr and Us mobile nrs. Why not offer alternative of email? Website says translate “package received” (odebrana) 2 days ago at “collection point” (punktu odbioru) but where is that? I am nervous that we will never see this package.
