User Unfriendly
Lighting is beautiful, but app is probably one of the most confusing apps I’ve ever used. Forget trying to get help from anyone. I think they’re either AI BOTS or down in Florida smoking something. Whoever developed this app needs to go back to user-friendly development school.
Send your devs back to school
I’ve had these lights for weeks and DAILY now I’m fighting with the schedule. They refuse to hold anything but the factory program, which has been burning my corals for weeks with over 250 par to the bottom. Sure, great amount of light output, but the app REFUSES to stay. Don’t even get me started on forcing someone to make 2 identical schedules because your app can’t export or import from one light to another. Losing money from your app killing my coral is RAGE inducing.

Bought an or4 to add pop to my reef tank. This app is difficult to use and not at all user friendly. Once you figure it out somewhat the lights wont follow the program you set even with lunar disabled. Horrible, will just set aside the or4 and buy helix in the future or ai. At least ai app is user friendly

I don’t think I’m an idiot.
App can’t find the device and the device is not located in the list of manual devices. The manual and YouTube are of no help. Should be able to install the app, plug the device in, set the device in a find mode and connect.
Really could be better
It seems like this was same basic framework for an app and just has some buttons slapped on for these lights. It’s annoying that the OR4 can’t have the different shades adjusted independently.
