Payment failure
The basic subscription features don’t work reliably. I’m unable to receive my daily credits, and I also can’t purchase top-ups because the Plans page just keeps buffering instead of taking me to the payment page. It makes the service unusable when you can’t access your credits or even pay for more.

App stops working midway even if restarted and there are lot of bugs generating pdf. PDF Tools not working perfectly. Using credits but no results. What is the point of buying credits. Waste of time and money. Fix the issue or refund money.
