Easy to use and very convenient.
Balances
Would like to see actual balances on accounts on dashboard. Instead of having to open account to see.

This app compared to other banking apps I’ve used is difficult to navigate and use. Also the app makes it difficult to send money peer to peer. Overall very dissatisfied with the functionality and user friendliness of this Orrstown Bank app
Terrible
Keep trying to do a mobile deposit and it keeps saying I have to be logged in. I’m already logged in.
Disappointing
Since its merger with People’s Bank, the Orrstown Bank app is not as good it was. When I do get it to work, it’s “sluggish” to say the least. When it locks up, I’ve had to go to the branch for a teller to perform such functions as print statements and retrieve passwords.
Trying to reach the Orrstown “Help Desk” is a joke. Their phone system can’t receive incoming calls. Which means another trip to the branch. Your phone system and IT Network both reek of “Low Bidder.”
Update 8/6/2026: if I could give Orrstown a rating of less than zero.,
I would.
Thanks to your closing two accounts, checking and Money Market, I’m forced to visit the Cockeysville branch daily for assistance in paying bills for a decedent whose estate I administer.
The staff at your Cockeysville Branch - Duane, Brianna, Martha - are wonderfully helpful.

24 hour bank
It is nice to transfer money and pay bills whenever you have time. Just remember it can take a few days to process so try to plan ahead.
