When I buy the tour the app crashes
No funcional
Aunque la descripción de las obras es aceptable, no está para nada actualiza o, ni el recorrido ni si quiera si las obras están ya en el museo. Tampoco están buen insertados los audios en los itinerarios y es un infierno reiniciar la App. La navegación no es intuitiva y no se puede acceder a menús anteriores. En definitiva, hace falta trabajar muchísimo la App para que pueda llega a ser útil realmente.

Doesn’t work properly - waste of money
We bought the orsay in an hour tour, the app kept asking us to pay again and again and kept switching between the human voice and a horroble robot one. Love the louvre version but this is just a waste of money

Vraiment nul, je déconseille formellement cette application à tous intéressés pour une visite audio. Juste incroyable comment on vous berne, pour une visite audio d’apparemment 3h, vous n’avez aucun audio et devez organiser vous-même votre présentation.

Guide is just a text reader
Just be aware that when you are conducting the itinerary, you’ll be listening to a Stephen Hawkins style text reader. I’m other words, the developer did not have a person talk to you about the individual pieces. This is akin to simply looking at a collection of Wikipedia entries and having a text reader read the associated text. Completely lacks any human touch, character, and is devoid of any emotions or normal tone. As far as the itinerary itself, it seems fine.

Non è per niente chiaro e dopo vari acquisti mi continua a dire che devo continuare a comprare. Quasi 10 euro spesi senza poter sentire nulla se non la prima immagine della vergine e il bambino

D’emblée différentes choses manquent de mise au point :
- mélange des langues dans les menus de l’application
- des imprécisions / manques qui génèrent le doute quant à ce qui sera effectivement accessible une fois le paiement fait…
Une bonne idée, mais le travail n’est pas fini. Dommage.

Application pratique avant d’y aller
Useless for me
I purchased this app and the companion app for the Louvre Museum to be able to guide my visits through my own phone and my own headphones… I found both apps almost impossible to find paintings or sculptures in as the databases are not very searchable and neither are the painting reference numbers inside the museum. Next year I’ll just rent whatever the museums have and perhaps bring a cord for bulky headsets

never worked
i bought the two hour tour on this app ahead of time. The app was very glitchy and wouldn’t let me purchase the tour guide version and it charged me twice. Then when we were on the tour it would not let us get past the third painting because it said I had not purchased the tour, which i had. Very glitchy and not user friendly. Got refunded the money by apple but it was a big inconvenience cause we had to look for other tours while in the museum

Rápido visita en el museo
Teníamos pensado visitar el museo pero no queríamos quitar mucho tiempo de nuestra visita París.por suerte encontramos esta app que te propone itinerarios por tiempo. Fue un total acierto, ahorramos tiempo desde el inicio comprando la entrada para llevar en el móvil, hasta el itinerario optimizado. La información nos dejó con la sensación de saber de arte y nos dio pena no dedicar más tiempo al museo
