It builds a planting schedule around your local climate and walks you from seed to harvest — so you never miss the right moment to sow, transplant, water, or pick. Most of gardening is timing. Ortaia keeps the timing, so you can keep your hands in the soil. HOW IT WORKS • Tell us where you garden and what you'd like to grow • Ortaia builds a week-by-week plan around your local frost dates and daylight • When it's time to start seeds, transplant, water, or harvest, a task appears — tick it off and carry on WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your whole season on one timeline — when to sow, when to harvest, crop by crop • Plan every bed: enter its size, pick your crops, and Ortaia works out how many plants fit and how to space them — or auto-plan the bed in a tap • Choose from hundreds of varieties, from cherry tomatoes to beetroot — each with its own growing spot and season length • Growing guides for vegetables, herbs, and fruits: spacing, sowing depth, and step-by-step help on every task • Companion planting suggestions, so crops that help each other grow side by side • Your local weather, rainfall, soil temperature and moisture — at a glance • Outdoor and greenhouse modes, with suggestions that suit your climate. Ortaia won't nudge you to grow something that can't thrive where you are • Share your garden with family or friends • Available in English, German, Danish, and Italian ORTAIA PLUS Ortaia is free to use. Plus adds three things: • Personalised watering guidance — which of your crops need water, with alerts that name them • Precise planting timing — sow and transplant tasks unlock only when the soil and frost are right • Unlimited garden sections (free includes up to 5) Plus Monthly, Plus Yearly (auto-renewing), or Plus Lifetime (one-time). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Auto-renewing plans renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
