Orthera FootScan

This app works with Orthera's web-based custom insole ordering process, to help you scan your foot in the comfort of your home. Once you have placed an order on Orthera's website (www.orthera.com), an order number will be generated on the website to help you complete the scanning and ordering process. This app uses the TrueDepth camera in your iPhone (iPhone X and later) to scan your feet and create 3D models that you can export and use as you want. The app allows you to preview the foot scans before you submit your scans. The app asks permission to use your camera (front-facing). When you allow the app to use the camera, the permission to use the depth-sensing (TrueDepth) camera is also provided. The app does not store, collect, or transfer any picture or video data out of your phone. Instead, the app generates and uploads a 3D model of your feet (in form of point clouds) to our servers when you initiate such an upload explicitly.
