Can’t download files
On a job with the BLK360 right now. The App gets stuck after 25% trying to load files from the system on latest PadOS. So can’t to the job I’m on. Leica – please overhaul the whole app ecosystem around the LIDAR systems and provide clear workflows leading to industry standard formats and interfaces. The hardware is good though.

Software crashes after ever view of a project. Sometimes it doesn’t even complete a scan. Very unreliable.
Absolutely awful!!
App says I am logged in on too many devices, and to clear from a list below. First I only have/use one (1) device; second, the “list” never populates. Absolute crap app.
App failed to launch
I logged into the app on my IPad and it said I “exceeded the amount of devices allowed” however this is the only device I’ve used for this app and it won’t let me remove any devices
Incredibly PoorlyDesigned
It’s a simple need... i want to scan a location and download the data. I would give this app 5 stars if that’s all it did.
But that one operation is nearly impossible. Instead there are a myriad of tools I don’t need or want.
This is possibly the most frustrating software I have ever used on an iPad.
