Péssima experiência para o usuário final

O time de desenvolvimento se empenha muito em colocar restrições no app (printscreen, acesso simultâneo, etc) que acaba por prejudicar a experiência do usuário final. Mesmo que você esteja respeitando todos os termos o seu usuário acaba bloqueado e o time de ajuda é extremamente lento.

Aplicativo absolutamente não funciona

Realizei a recuperação de senha, consigo acesso pelo site, porém o aplicativo continua dizendo que meu login e senha são inválidos. E, quando eu conseguia o acesso anteriormente, não estavam disponíveis nenhum conteúdo; nem aulas, nem questões, nem flascards.
 Dessa forma definitivamente o aplicativo não está tendo nenhuma serventia, deletei do sistema e estou tendo que utilizar os conteúdos pelo sistema operacional do Windows via site. Pelo IPad é completamente NÃO funcional, espero realmente que resolvam os problemas ou voltem ao original via Hotmart que pelo menos funcionava.
