Doesn’t work
Simply cannot register, show me mistake in a loop.
Necessary registration impossible
The necessary registration via the app does not work. And after registration via their web site, the app does not recognize that registration. Sad as it is, that renders the app entirely worthless to me. One would expect such a basic thing like a registration to work properly, especially if registration is required for the use of the app (including for updating the software on the receiver!).

works as intended
don’t know what the other guys deal so but the beacon and app work flawlessly and the new software update to the diract is great. i am a first time buyer and this thing is awesome and works great in the field.
Gülle megasinnlos und enttäuschend
Wer Stunden damit verbringen möchte Updates zu übertragen, der soll das ruhig runterladen. Wohl dem, bei dem das funktioniert. Ich werde kein Orthovox mehr kaufen. Service unterirdisch. Hämdler hat versucht Updateübertragungsproblem zu lösen. Nachdem das nicht möglich war gerätetausch. Problem wieder da. App gelöscht, keine Besserung. Service: keine Hilfe, keine Lösung. Ich konnte aber für Monate mein Gerät für 1000ende von Euro irgendwohin schicken mit ungewissem Ausgang trotz Garantie inkl. Verlängerung… was soll das bitte sein??? Besser Finger weg davon. Wer kann besser zurück geben solange es noch geht

Alle Geräte unregistriert, Updates brechen ab…..
Updates brechen immer ab, bereits registrierte Geräte werden als neue und unbekannte Geräte hinzugefügt. Ob die Garantieverlängerung funktioniert hat ist nicht heraus zu finden, da alle registrierten Geräte, in der App, nach einem Jahr plötzlich als unregistriert markiert sind. Die App stellt, in meinem Fall, keine der relevanten Funktionen zur Verfügung. Eine Updatemöglichkeit existiert nicht. Das ist sehr enttäuschend.
