About
Oryn opens the photos and videos already on your phone, full screen, and gets out of the way.
Two streams. PHOTOS and VIDEOS, each a grid that scrolls as fast as you can move your thumb. Tap anything to fill the screen with it. Swipe for the next one.
No accounts. No feed. No suggestions. Nothing to set up.
NOTHING IS COLLECTED
Oryn has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code of any kind. Your photos and videos never leave your phone, and nothing about how you use the app is recorded or sent anywhere. Every part of it works in Airplane Mode.
The one thing Oryn talks to is Apple's own App Store, and only for the purchase below: to ask the price, to make the sale, and to check whether you have already bought it. Apple handles all of that. Oryn never sees your name, your Apple Account or your payment details.
YOUR LIBRARY STAYS WHERE IT IS
Oryn reads your photo library to show it to you and never keeps its own copy. Two small things are written to Oryn's private storage on this phone: which items you marked as favourites, and how you like the grid arranged. Both are removed when you delete the app.
MOMENTS
Seasons the app fills by itself, and folders you fill. Your library sorted by when it happened, worked out on the phone, with nothing uploaded to anyone to work it out.
THE LOCK
Face ID or your passcode in front of the app, for the times your phone is in someone else's hand.
FREE FOR TWO WEEKS
Everything is open for a fortnight. After that, Moments and the lock ask for a single purchase — once, not monthly, and it follows your Apple Account to every device you own. The rest of Oryn stays free.
