No app support
Received app update several months back and was FINALLY, able to create an account. I began to count on the app information and was very helpful but that came to the end of the road. Unable to use the forgot password option or just doesn’t work. Very limited support from players club and NO support from developer!! Use app at your own RISK!!

Not able to login to my account.

I set up an account and it worked for about 1 month then nothing. Now 5 months later still NOTHING..Nobody can give me answers as to why and I don’t think they care..They no longer will get my hard earned $$

Not able to register
I’ve been trying for about 2 weeks to register my account and it keeps telling me it’s invalid. I’ve called customer service and checked with the players club, and both have verified my info is correct. I hope this gets fixed right away. 😔
Won’t work
I have been trying to create an account and it won’t let me. It says my info doesn’t match what is on file. I have called the casino to verify the information with them and they have it correct. Very disappointed!
Osage casino app
Terrible app and obviously no concern from designer to fix it. Two thumbs down for osage casino also for not researching the designer and holding them accountable for having a product with their name o. It that is basically worthless
High hopes
I really wanted to be able to use this app to track my free play and points, but it doesn’t recognize my player #. Won’t work for my husband either.

Account/No account
I have had a club Osage card for 12+ years. My account is useable at the casinos, free play is put on and able to be used, I get dining deals every week, & they even mail stuff to my home. I’m curious as to why this app tells me my account doesn’t exist. My card number along with my birthday gives an error that the account can’t be found. Please help, I really want to give this. App a chance.

I have a Club in Osage account. I downloaded this app with the hopes of being able to monitor my points etc. However, it has been approximately 3 to 4 months now and I still cannot create an account. The app keeps telling me there is an error that my players card number and my date of birth do not match what Osage Casino has on file.
I have went to the players club at multiple Osage casinos and checked. And everyone of them have confirmed that my date of birth and players club number are accurate. In fact, One of the employees at one of the casinos told me they have approximately 10 people a day that come in with the same issue. She proceeded to tell me further that the app is not very well programmed and I would be better off to not use it at all.
