Garbage Cameras
Unreliable. Interrupted service with pop up notifications every hour, That will not allow you to monitor security seamlessly. Avoid buying these cameras. The system is a complete failure. While you monitor the picture it will be a freezed frame, Thinking you’re watching live just to find out it does not refresh. Knock on the door wondering how this person got by security. Avoid at all cost. A complete waste of money. Go with another brand than GNCC you won’t be disappointed. The app is garbage allowing only 4 cameras on the screen and one device to view security.

Awesome cameras !
I used to be Wyze camera customer. I stopped using them.
I love the GNCC camera. So easy to install and a breeze to connect my cameras to my WiFi. I had the cameras for a week now, no failure nor any WiFi disconnect. I’m planning to buy 2 more. I already have 4 GNCC cameras working flawlessly. thank you

Can’t watch the live feed when I’m not connected to my home WiFi or away from the house.
Great
I have three cameras under this app and they are all set up and functioning well. The App provided for an easy set up, and gives great instructions for operation and clarity of viewing.
Bad choice
The camera design is nice the app is easy buttttttt the camera coming offline too manyyyy times and the others devices different brands not so the problem isn’t I internet or broadband or data is only the app or software

Well now it won’t load past the sign in page and it erased my username and password and keeps
claiming it’s not correct and I know it is, but it’s not like you can watch live or playback recorded video from the SD card anyways, app has had issues from the get go so this not working at all now does not surprise me at all. The whole shebangabang is a D- at best and that’s being generous. Deceptive business practices is looked down upon and is a violation of the UCC as to a product should function as intended and meet or exceed the promised functionality otherwise is just a scam and defrauding the customer with a malfunctioning product. This is how class action suits come to fruition. Can we maybe get the product we paid for to function as intended, designed and advertised to function as promised? You know, the right thing to do in this situation….

Great Hardware
Sub par software. Forced to pay for something that is yours. As in video of any motion in YOUR YARD WITH YOUR VIDEO. The motion tracking is horrible. The night vision is SUB PAR. Better sensor in use with low lighting. Anyhow, I mowed my lawn in front of it for an hour. It didn't show me once (in detections) Then I get home from to check it again, while holding the phone with app on yes it's live tracking and showing me. But nothing was recorded. I'm not paying for something I ALREADY PAID FOR... IF THAT'S THE FIX. MY CAT JUST GOT SNIPED BY A PACK OF COYOTE. I NEED TO MAKE SURE HIS BROTHER IS SAFE.

Bugs
There are many glitches that need to be fixed. Many times camera snapshots will not load and other times the camera feed will not load or takes a long time to load up and connect.
Loading
The camera was great and I got mine off of Amazon for very cheap but unfortunately I must say it takes a really long time to load before I can actually get to the live viewing and sometimes it glitches when trying to move the camera so overall nice camera bad WiFi
Ease of operation
The setup was fairly simple. The picture is very clear and crisp. So far, so good. I’m not sure if I’m being charged for the APP since I could not tell when I downloaded it. We’ll wait and see. I presently use Lorex ($269.00), but don’t see the difference for the higher price.

Camera works great, good quality, and the video is very clear
New to me so still learning
I have never set up any cameras like this and I am still trying to learn how to manage everything. But it is working.
Doesn’t really save videos
You get a whole bunch of events but can’t play any of them back. What’s the point of “saving” the videos to see later if they can’t be played back? All the videos from last night won’t play back. Why should I have a subscription if the app doesn’t work

Not working
I paid for a subscription expressly because I wanted to watch the animals on my back deck that come in at night. I am unable to view any of the video that the camera says it’s taken so I don’t know what’s going on, but my subscription is not working.
