Not bad camera
I have several cameras in my property this one is ok not excellent but ok. Works as promised by company. My only complaint is when I want to check footage from being away then camera has connectivity problem. Being at home that problem goes away. Very strange
Absolutely the best
These are the best cameras . Easy to use & set up . Great for if you have kids & animals . You can talk through the cameras. They are able to move from the app. Great quality especially for the price I got for 4.
Not a good security device.
The camera appears to be good quality but if you want storage install memory card or pay more money for cloud. Also there is no notification of motion available unless you subscribe for additional money. I would send back but waited to long before opening. Oh and can’t open app on 2 devices at once.

Getting kicked out
Love the clarity of the cameras but every time I log in I get kicked out in 10 seconds I’ve timed it? Please help

New user to this app so far it’s great for what I needed and so far I have experienced reliable app with connectivity even with bad internet connection to my WiFi box
The only issue I have what I hope can be fixed is the multi view, I have 2 cameras but on multi viewing it makes them small like 4 grid style but increasingly annoying when you have 2 cameras
Can someone put a button to switch grid style on multi view

Limited number of cameras per account
There’s a limits number of cameras that can be connected to the service that the customer pays for! Not effective when having the need for more than 5 cameras that record video. Upon asking how to connect the additional cameras
To video, no response. Having two accounts that must be paid for is ridiculous.
The cameras have great pictures and videos. Night videos get fuzzy at times; making it difficult to determine if there’s a predatory animal or not. AI is terrible as it reports inaccurate information constantly, such as coyote or human in the area when it’s a cat and no human. Communication is difficult with a delay in the speaking or not a clear communication.
No SD card so only way for recording is by paying, but the cost is low for 5 cameras. Easy to set up app and connection of the 5 cameras

An sich eine wirklich tolle App! Sie ist übersichtlich, einfach zu verstehen und auch das Hinzufügen neuer Geräte funktioniert schnell und unkompliziert. 👍
Eine kleine Verbesserung würde ich mir allerdings noch wünschen: Es wäre super, wenn mehrere Nutzer gleichzeitig denselben Account verwenden könnten. Mein Mann und ich nutzen die App beide und aktuell werfen wir uns leider immer wieder gegenseitig aus dem Account. Das ist manchmal etwas umständlich und nervig.
Wenn es möglich wäre, dass beide gleichzeitig angemeldet bleiben können, wäre das für uns eine große Erleichterung. Ansonsten sind wir mit der App wirklich sehr zufrieden! 😊

Oh my this camera is the best one yet!! It even describes the scene!! I love it an will be ordering more a they are sooo affordable. UPDATE- camera started losing connection consistently. Tried ALL troubleshooting tips. All other devices on my WiFi working fine. Contacted support with no avail to why my camera started losing connection to not being able to connect at all anymore.

Great product very clear picture great night vision battery storage with solar panel works great battery always stays 100% even when cloudy and lots of the infrared coming on at night when motion or human activity happens I bought two liked em so much I bought another and am buying one more to suit my needs highly recommend this product thanx for the peace of mind OSAIO ! I can rest assured at night and when I’m away it’s like having a personal security guard thank you again OSAIO great product set it and forget it no need for power cords or ugly wiring running everywhere . I ordered 2 solar cameras, both arrived very quickly, great price, easy to set up and work flawlessly, in fact I ordered 2 more yesterday.

Inconsistent
Sometimes this will pick up movement and record but most times it does not. I have changed settings numerous times and no matter what this camera is extremely inconsistent.
Garbage Cameras
Unreliable. Interrupted service with pop up notifications every hour, That will not allow you to monitor security seamlessly. Avoid buying these cameras. The system is a complete failure. While you monitor the picture it will be a freezed frame, Thinking you’re watching live just to find out it does not refresh. Knock on the door wondering how this person got by security. Avoid at all cost. A complete waste of money. Go with another brand than GNCC you won’t be disappointed. The app is garbage allowing only 4 cameras on the screen and one device to view security.

I used to be Wyze camera customer. I stopped using them.
I love the GNCC camera. So easy to install and a breeze to connect my cameras to my WiFi. I had the cameras for a week now, no failure nor any WiFi disconnect. I’m planning to buy 2 more. I already have 4 GNCC cameras working flawlessly. thank you

I have three cameras under this app and they are all set up and functioning well. The App provided for an easy set up, and gives great instructions for operation and clarity of viewing.
