Very difficult
App is very difficult to configure as there is literally no info online besides company’s user guide. Well still cant figure somethings out as there is no, FAQ regarding to specific app or device
What a terrible app
You guys should get a real UX designer and a CX manager. The app is abominable and the instructions to set up the system are dismal. The kit I just bought is going strait to Facebook marketplace. I am thinking in the area of 50$ for the control and 50$ for the max…
Really bad design and functionality
The app doesn’t work. User friendliness is zero. Lack of documentation. To avoid product line.
Terrible
It’s hard to believe a company would sell a product that can’t connect to their app. This system needs some serious work. Better of buying a Bluetooth connector, this app when connected to the OSD device does not work 90% of the time and when it does it is brutally slow.
Mute button
The mute button on the iPhone version is working in reverse. Mute activates sound for the zone while unmuting actually mutes.
Everything else seems to work.
Feature request. Export and import settings so I don’t have to keep typing my zone, source names on my family’s phones.
