HELP AND SUGGESTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPERS
First of all please update a feature where we could retrieve our login id and not just the password. I just change my phone and as you know i have to logon in. But in this matter its is my careless mistake of not remembering my login id except for the password and now I’m struggling to login to my account. I hope you could consider help and update this app to make others life easier. Thank you.

I like this its very good but for the battle thing i cant do maths and science because its in malay im in a dlp class so its very hard i suggest add a dlp version of it. Also pls ban Give Me Change he is so toxic he keeps saying faster also replace faster with take your time

I was so happy to found this app, thought that i could improve my result with easier notes that i can come up with just in one app but sadly to say when i want to able all the access for the notes and exercise i need to pay for premium. I just think it was just too much for a student to pay nearly RM 400 for one year access i hope that you could consider to decrease the amount of money we should spent, honestly if i told my mother to pay it she would say no for it even though she always supports whatever i do when it comes to study.

How to retrieve User ID
My daughter's Osem app logged out automatically, and she has misplaced her Login ID. There's no where we can find Login ID reset, only Password reset button whic still require Login ID. Already lodged enquiries, but the response is not prompt enough

The price
The app is great but the lump sum pay is too much. I will consider paying on monthly subscription based. But the lump s for a year is expensive. Isn’t this for student? Where can a student get rm400. From their parents? I myself as an adult felt it too expensive. Please change it to monthly subscription.

Please consider tiered pricing for premium - make it affordable.
Good app with quality content, though RM399 for annual subscription is a bit pricey given the only additional feature for premium is “battle mode”? Please consider having tiered pricing for monthly, quarterly, half year & annual subscription.

New version have bugs on the fill intue blank question. Please fix it. Overall the apps are excellent
Apostrophe is never correct
Hi osem team, your app is really great and beneficial but whenever there is a question where you need to put apostrophe it will always be wrong, i dont know neither this is because iphone’s keyboard for the symbol ‘ is different from osem marking system nor its just osem marking system’s faults, please fix this because as an iphone user, i cannot get the question right

Freezing
When I launched the app for the first time, it showed the red wallpaper background of OSEM (as usual) for the start-up. However it takes forever to proceed after the launch background. No response when launching, just shows the red background for a long time, please fix this problem ASAP, or this app will be as useless as no purpose to function in my phone.

Parents’ monitoring not fully updated
Student’s learning time and ranking in parents’ monitoring website does not match with the student’s performance in app. Please resolve the problem.
