The truth revealed
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn non attachment and go home to source. I played it for a dear friend in her dying month and it transformed her. She was already a meditator and spiritual seeker but this took her a quantum leap into oneness and making peace. For me it’s a practice of living more fully by witnessing in grace. Love it!

For me this guided meditation works - a wonderful tool for deep relaxation. The alternating and somehow complementing male and female voices harmonize and fit together - a new concept for me.
Osho Bardo
Utterly stunned by the very poor and formulaic quality of this guided meditation. How this app can be associated with either Osho or the Tibetan Bardo is an absolute mystery. A male and female voice consecutively repeat cliched words paraphrased from Osho’s discourses to a background of a continuous, cheap, canned new age music. The concepts of “watching”, “the witness”, “going inside”, etc. are in no way explained or made clear for those new to meditation. The marketing blurbs such as “preparing for death” or “going beyond fear” seem at best to be wishful thinking or, at worse, to be a cynical ploy at monetising death.
Better, by far, to read Osho’s own guided meditations in books such as “And Now, And Here” or, even better, to listen to Osho himself guiding meditations at the ends of his final Zen discourses.
