app成日要reset，android機仲要認唔到QR code
功能太少
只有一個音樂能用 其他功能都不能用
App的搭配真的是跟荒廢沒兩樣
買Usqueez3跟Ujolly2都一年了，當時門市說有app可以搭配，結果卻要分開使用，到現在還不支援Usqueez3，只能用Usqueez2，那出新款的Usqueez3幹嘛？非常失望

Horrible experience
Downloaded the app and try to register a profile, entered all info but the register button is not active therefore couldn’t register. Call customer service in North America, they said sorry couldn’t help!

这App做的太烂了
App没啥功能就不说了，连着App，遥控不能操作，需要断开WiFi，然后下次重新连又得输入一遍WiFi密码。你们做东西稍微用点心都不至于做成这样

爛到爆
第一次評價就給了最爛的app，反應慢而且時常無法連線，家庭成員還不能多人連產品，一個人用完還要斷開或電源重開，有點扯！
還不能連？
買了一年了 想說再載一次app 連看看 結果完全沒有長進
