UDiva speaker cannot be connected during the massage operation
iPhone cannot connected to the uDiva speakers even though the uDiva has been connected with Bluetooth for massage
Chair stops working when exit app
Everytime I switch to another app, the chair resets.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the disconnection issue. We have attempted to replicate the problem on our end, but have been unable to do so. Please allow us some time to investigate this matter further. Kindly provide a video on the problem you encounter and send it to apps.support@osim.com.sg for our investigation.

Bad
Bad app always having net work timeout issues. Uninstall and downloaded the app several time but doesn’t work. Tried using another phone and the same issue persist.
Disappointed
Hi Osim, uDiva 3 app used to work perfectly! But after not using it for a few days, it could not be connected to any of my Apple device anymore, kept showing cannot pair. A useless chair sitting in my living room for weeks now

We regret the inconvenience; please uninstall and reinstall uDiva 3 App, at the same time please power off the main switch of uDiva 3 and wait for few minutes and turn it on to try again. if the problem still persist, please do not heaitate to contact us at apps.support@osim.com.sg, we will help to get it run.
Buggy app
App is really buggy. I reset to Sofa mode and click “don’t show this again”, but the prompt page always come back when I relaunch the app. Deleted and reinstalled same thing. When detecting shoulders or changing sofa mode and you go to another app, the app will freeze and the rollers stop moving. Been like this for the longest time. Poorly designed app. If OSIM has such RnD engineers in designing the app I must say it is really of poor standard.

Great design and massage is good. However each program only lasts 15min. Is there a way to make each session longer using the app?
Immune booster doesn’t work
Every time I try to select this, the app disconnect from the sofa. Also find that the sofas, I cannot switch on from save mode (white light)
Massage program always auto end within 1 min
Recently all the massage programs end within 1 min after they began. Very annoying…

Not sure if what is going on, but sometimes few seconds into the massage, it suddenly just jumps out of the selected massage and back to home page

Bluetooth pairing issues
Unable to pair massage chair with device even after multiple tries. No solutions given online or in the manual either. Very frustrating.
Massage stopped after few mins
I tried restarting as well as reinstalling the app. The problem persists regardless. It just work for a few mins and stopped. So freaking frustrating!
Issues
Sometime program stopped midway. Restart by turning off power off solve this issue momentarily. Problem resurface later. Not sure if issue with app or chair😳
