خدمه العملاء والتوصيل جدا سيئه لا يتم الرد عليك ولا توصيل طلبك في المده المحدده ولا حتى بعدها باسبوعين ومازلت انتظر الطلب الى الان ولا حياه لمن تنادي
My worst experience ever
I ordered through their website yesteday. It was a prepaid order. It didnot deliver yet? When i contacted the delivery team they told that the osma store refused to give the product saying it is out of stock, and now even the delivery team are bot responding. Okey then i tried to contact osma butt they gave not provided any customer service contact option . Then now i just visited a store in doha and they said my money is gone. I wont get any perfume ordered through website or the refund. Whuch is such a bad scam. And just linutes ago i got a message from osma tgat the order is cancelled and please contact customer service. What the hell is this?? Seriously ??? U have not provided any customer service contact & want ke to contact them in vein?
