Osmo is a scam
We have loved Osmo for years, but they seem more like a scam at this point. I purchased the essential math bundle years ago, which includes counting town. The app will not let us do anything other than the free trial. There is zero way to contact Osmo because the support link on their website leads to a broken page. Save your money, it’s disappointing that a once amazing product is now just stealing money.

Once we create a tent, it gets to the camera and freezes. Luckily my 4 year old took it well. What a waste of money

Glad we only tried the trial. Super frustrating that it won’t go past the tent and picture part at the beginning . Please solve the issue.
Osmo Counting Town Freezes
We’ve had problems from the start with this app. We were able to make the tent and bird then it would freeze. After deleting the app and reinstalling, we can’t get passed the tent without it freezing. Tech support didn’t help!
Doesn’t work
We can’t even get past making the tent. The camera counts down but doesn’t take a picture and the game freezes so we tried again five times until finally my daughter got frustrated and we found another game
App Freezing
My daughter was excited to try a new Osmo game. We are very disappointed to find that the app has such serious issues that it is useless. It’s unacceptable for a $25 app to be nonfunctional. Please update to resolve issue ASAP.
Buggy
Started a trail. Could not get past taking a photo of the tent (first task after starting) the app just hung and did not continue. Tried on multiple iPads

Other app works so good but this one stopped after we built the tent where the camera come out. It doesnt load

Glitches
This app moves so slow and is not advanced enough for my 3 year old. Game also gets stuck too many times. It’s very frustrating.

We were loving Until we tried this game. It doesn’t work, we tried everything and it freezes at the same point every time. My son doesn’t want to play with this anymore because “it’s a bad game” spent a lot of money on this for it to not work at all.
Freezes on first game/challenge
Purchased for little one, Andy comes on to build a tent then after it says ‘hands up in the air’ it freezes and cannot progress
Can’t get beyond the second game
This seems like it would be a lot of fun but we cannot get beyond making the bird. The camera goes to take a picture then stops and nothing happens. Even after resetting the app multiple times it won’t work. Very disappointing

Green screen, have to reinstall each launch
Every time we launch this game we get a green screen, and have to reinstall to launch.
