Deliberately misleading; doesn’t work with 2025 IPad 11, no updates for two years
It’s May of 2026, so they have had time to update. That it doesn’t work with 2025 models is a deliberate choice to mislead. FAQs and product listings frequently mention “compatible with most IPad models”; which is a lie. TLDR hasn’t been updated in two years. Doesn’t work with 2025 IPad 11.
You require an older version is apple is for these to work now

No customer service
We bought this game recently for our child after having 5 or 6 other Osmo products. It seems their company is out of business or something because the games do not work anymore, and you can NOT play them until the company sends you a code via email. So even though we bought a tangible box for this game and needed to just download the app to connect, the product does not work. Take this company off your App Store. Their products are no longer active.

This is me, Madison Marie Leslie. I really love that app. and a companion is really cool. I’m glad I found one of the apps to use on the iPhone app that you have on the phone and I can use it to do that for my phone and I have an iPad Air and I have my phone and a tablet so I can play games with it. I Love ❤️ The Game But Now I’m Moving on to 4th Grade. Which Means That I know How to Multiply ✖️ So I can access Settings. But I don’t Want To. So Please 🙏🏻 fix it. Overall It’s Fine. No bugs for me. I just wish that the game was a little bit more… interesting 🤔 if that’s to much to ask. I got bored 😑 after 30 minutes. Great game overall!

Auto read does not work
My daughter loves the game but the auto read text does not work, so she needs us to sit next to her and read everything out loud to her. Connecting to Osmo World also doesn’t always work, it’s very frustrating for my little one.
Worst game ever
I put the map in front of my phone and it didn’t load. I tried multiple times but it wouldn’t work. Like what am I supposed to do at 1:00 in the morning with my best friend!?!?!?!!
Honestly…….
So I was so excited to play this game because I haven’t played it in so long! I was setting up my map, and I just kind of gave up because it is very like strict and it wants you to make it like perfect so it doesn’t recognize it and I and I’ve been sitting here for like almost like 30 minutes and I’m getting annoyed.
