BEWARE Unable to create account or sign into an existing account
The recent update has meant that the app no longer asks for permission, via pop up window, to allow access to camera. This has stopped the majority of apps working at all. Please beware!!
Bug in City Level 8
Overall, game is ok. Moves slowly for spelling words but the coins and reveal words about creatures are a nice feature. My son and I have beaten every level in the game except City Level 8. It requires two specific characters but when you select them, no matter if player 1 or 2, the game places the characters in the wrong starting position. We can’t finish the game. Please fix this bug.

Trial is a not a trial. You can’t play it
Tried to use the trial but the 1st level requires coins and no way to gain or purchase coins. What kind of “trial” is this if you can’t actually try to use it?

So I go out to buy a $100 starter kit and then I have to buy the game no way I’m doing that 🤬👎

Fun until the guardians
My 6 year old and I enjoyed this game until we got to the guardians. We cannot figure out how to get past them. The pdf “how to play” was not helpful at all for this and neither was emailing the company. Fix this please. It should not be this complicated with the cost of these games.
Game doesn’t work.
Game is not recognizing the letter tiles on the table at all. We have a 2020 iPad Air. Pretty disappointing.

The game is fun to play it’s a team building game you have to make words to move across the board. You earn coins and use those coins to unlock characters or additional words. However I have made it to level 7 in the city with my 4 year old Zuri and there’s no way to get past it, only one character has the word loud making it impossible for the other character to make it home please fix this issue.

Fun game once you figure it out
Very fun game once you figure it out. It took me a minute but once we did it’s fun. I would not recommend this for your typical 4 or 5 year old. Probably the earliest age (unless your child is advanced) would be 6 or 7 years old.
Price
I was going to get this for me and my brother, but when I saw the price to unlock it I stopped the download. I barely even have that much on my gift card! I wouldn't mind 3 or 5$, but 25!? I'm not going to pay that much.
We love osmo

Do better! You want to charge for these apps but give no direction this is very frustrating to 4 and 5 years. Think with their ages and brains in mind and not your own. When you make things this hard for them it’s no longer fun for them and they don’t want to play anymore.
Keeps wanting me to buy again
I got this to try it out for my kids. They really enjoyed it so I bought it. However, after the trial expired we were unable to log back in even though I paid for it. I then tried to buy it again hoping it would recognize that I already had bought the app. To my shock I was charged for it the second time. When I contacted Apple they refunded the 2nd charge. However, after uninstalling and reinstalling it will work for a few days then it will ask my children to “buy the full version”

Too Complicated
Not a lot of instruction so myself and my 5 year old didn’t know what to do. I continued to try it out and work out the game but the whole thing is clumsy and over complicated. We won’t be purchasing after the trial.

Not the best Osmo game
I normally love the Osmo games but this one is not on my list. I couldn’t figure out how to play it. If I can’t figure it out than my 4 year old won’t be able to. A little guided practice on the app proabably would have helped some to know what we had to do. I would not recommend this app.
