What’s going on?
Ok ok… first thing’s first why do people keep on saying their game crashes like I never had that issue with lag or any of that stuff I gave this a 4 because the dragons was my favorite but I can’t find the book like NOO, but this game is really fun because there’s so many options and other games to play I didn’t like the math wizard because I’m in fourth grade and it still shows like 2nd or 1st grade math I don’t know if it upgrades but every other is great 👍

Cant sign in. Keeps saying it has sent an email but nothing arrives in inbox or spam. Tried their help page and it says the page no longer exists. Don’t waste your money on Osmo.
Sending emails that I never receive?
We got the Math Wizard Secrets of the Dragons and when I try to register on the app it wants a code but the email it’s “sending” never comes through. We’ve double checked emails, looked through all inboxes and spam folders and even tried a secondary email and nothing. Kind of a ripoff

Good for.little kids but not for big kids
Not working properly
If my kid makes a mistake he can’t go back and try again we have to restart the app to have another go. Looks like the window is somewhat too big for the iPad screen(when on settings the 4.0.3 on the bottom right corner is cut out) if he is on the airships activity and we’re unable to close it if he makes a mistake. There’s no back button either and we always have to restart the app.

Fruit Juice Team bugging out with correct answers
My child has run into this bug a few times now, which can be pretty frustrating. Despite giving the correct answers and meeting the conditions of the problem, even to the point of using the hints to make it match the hint, the answer is still not accepted. Forcing is close results in the loss of progress, which just compounds their frustration.

Bought two expensive osmo games for Christmas and cannot get through 30 minutes without the game freezing.
