No compatible with all the new iPads 2022

The box says compatible with iPads, but when I connected for my surprise is not compatible with 2022s iPads, They should have a clear warning that is not compatible with the new gens iPads and don’t make waste money on obsolete garbage.

Osmo app doesn’t work

App fails to scan the board to see the picture on the board matches screen and just stuck in a loop and no buttons to advance.

Stories stopped working suddenly

Osmo stories stopped working with no reason,initially it did not detect correctly the pieces and then it did not detect the mirror, even the camera was enabled and worked properly in the front and in the back

My almost 4 year old is in love

And I love it too! I love the problem solving and engagement. I also just found out my kid had no idea what a key looked like! He’s on his fifth story and I’m not bored :) i love that it requires parental interaction at a very young age. The discussions we are having over these stories are really fun and engaging for both of us.

Too long

The down load is taking too long

Stories load but whit screen

When a story loads the screen is all white. I hear audio, the nav, some animations, but no character or backgrounds. For the price I’m surprised major bugs get through. On new iPad 4 air.

Disgruntled Kids

The stories always have issues - white blank screen every time. Really difficult to keep kids interested when there are always issues.

Awful

Can’t get stories to work, everything else works fine. Tried all suggestions but nothing has helped. Screen blank when reading story so my little girl can’t play.

OSMO app #2 failed

Just purchased this product for my 4yo and out of 4 apps that I download. OSMO stories and costume party has failed us so far. The app doesn’t work. Omg, will return this product. So frustrating

Keine Deutsche Version

Die Hardware etc. wird auf Deutsch beworben, leider sind 90% der Spiele auf englisch, komplett sinnfrei.

Hallo Elias! Sie haben vollkommen Recht, wir sind einfach nicht schnell genug damit, alle Osmo Spiele sofort komplett auf Deutsch anbieten zu können. Das tut uns leid und wir möchten uns dafür bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Das Genius Starter Kit, die Coding Spiele und Pizza Co. sind mittlerweile fertig, aber für das Little Genius Starter Kit brauchen wir einfach noch ein wenig Zeit. Denn um ABCs und Stories für deutsche Kinder nutzbar zu machen, braucht es etwas mehr als nur eine Übersetzung: wir müssen alle Inhalte und das gesamte Vokabular anpassen und alle Dialoge und gesprochenen Texte neu aufzeichnen. Aber damit Sie in der Zwischenzeit genau wissen, welche Osmo Lernspiele welches "Deutschniveau" haben, sind auf playosmo.com alle Produkte genau klassifiziert: Vollständig übersetzt / Teilweise übersetzt / Nur in Englisch. Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, Ihnen alle Apps in ihrer neuen deutschen Version anbieten zu können. Bitte haben Sie noch etwas Geduld mit uns!
