To be completely transparent, Apple manages 100% of the billing on the App Store, meaning we don't have the technical access to refund you directly. However, because you were charged multiple times, you can easily claim all your money back by going to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple routinely approves these requests immediately. The stability bug you faced belonged to our previous version; our new Osortoo V2 is now live and fully functional. Reach out to support@osortoo.com with your account details so we can also offer you a free gesture from our side.

Hi Alexis, we appreciate your security-first mindset. To provide some technical context, Meta strictly prohibits third-party tools from scraping public URLs without official authorization, which is why our platform historically relied exclusively on their secure API login. However, we understood that many users still prefer not to connect their accounts. Thanks to major engineering updates, Osortoo V2 now offers both methods safely. You can still choose the official Meta API connection, OR you can now use our alternative direct URL option to pull comments from public posts with zero login required. We've given the choice back to you so you can run your giveaways exactly the way you feel most comfortable!
