OspreyAi groups your assignments by property and building, shows which beds and common areas need service, and tells you when a unit is ready to turn over — so you never waste a trip. FOR PMs AND INSPECTORS Inspectors get a guided flow with required elements, photo prompts, and optional carry-forward from the prior inspection.
