Lymphoma diagnosis
My Ostomy nurse saved my life in January by advising my daughter to immediately take me to emergency. Upon arrival I was diagnosed with kidney failure and eventually lymphoma. Prior to that I had no problems with Ostomy after bladder removal 5 years prior.

As a GI nurse and someone with loved ones who have ostomies, this app is SO needed to increase access to information and resources. This will undoubtably change people’s lives and make the idea of living with an ostomy so much less daunting. Check this one out!

A long overdue resource
My mom had a colostomy for the final 5 years of her life. She was a nurse; I was a nurse. So we had some knowledge luckily. However an app like this would have made it much easier to manage her condition and appliance, and to educate her care aides.
