I can't log into app contacted help desk several times still no luck make it useless if you can't sign in

Good start, but needs a lot of work

This is a great start, however a lot of work will need to be done to make it a great app. The top thing that NOONE likes is an app that just uses a the mobile web version of the site to do most things. The savings and benefits tabs should be built into the app, with quick access and no need to use the web page, and preferably able to use it offline, or poor service. Keep at it and it will be a very useful app very soon!
