WhenInUse Location Tracking The app requests location permissions for WhenInUse access to tracks employee location only while performing a transport task.The journey starts when the user taps "Check In" and ends when the user taps "Check Out". Location is accessed only while the app is open and active for the task. Check-In & Check-Out Employees can check in when they begin their transport journey and check out when they complete their task. This feature helps track time spent on tasks and provides administrators with a detailed record of employee activities. Real-Time Location on Google Maps Employees can view their live location on Google Maps within the app. Administrators can also monitor their current position, ensuring real-time visibility of transportation progress. Recent Activity History Employees have access to their most recent check-in and check-out history, providing a record of their movements and work schedule.
