I like the reminders to take a quick practice exam and that I can get feedback on the spot, however some answers may be incorrect and there is no way of flagging these on the app. For example, there is evidence against using weighted utensils (or relying on weighted utensils) with tremor and it is a false understanding; evidence supports using the utensils that works best for that individual.

Highly Disappointed!!!!!
Just purchased the app. For one the don’t offer you subjects as they advertised such as burns, pediatrics, geriatrics and so forth. Also I’m missing domain 4 as shown in the ads and descriptions. They need to issue a refund, this is false advertising at its best. $35 for this is highway robbery for what they are suppose to give you.

False advertising
Displeased with the description of the app. I was looking for a resource that provided practice questions by topic (rehab, pediatrics, etc) and this app claimed if I paid the fee I would have access to such questions. False. They wouldn’t refund my money either.

It’s just OK
I think this could be a great resource, however it falls a little short. The free version is great though, because it’s free! However, I purchased the upgraded version and I keep having repeat questions which is really disappointing. In general, some of the questions are great to jumpstart memory, but some questions are way too easy and very common sense.

Pocket Prep- application vs knowledge
I love that this app is very convenient to use and the daily reminders! However, I must say that a lot of the questions are knowledge based and it is not framed in the same manner as the actual NBCOT exam. I paid for the upgraded version and I feel that it was not worth it-should’ve sticked with the free version. If you want to get a refresher on certain conditions, development patterns etc. then go for it as the app is helpful in that aspect. I just wish the app had more application questions that are similarly framed as the exam.

Still too glitchy after update
Only loads the question of the day MAYBE once a week, other than that it tells me it’s already been answered. Crashes at least once every time I open it. Slow to start and to change tabs. I really hoped paying for the full version would fix some of these issues but it didn’t. I have barely been able to use it because of all these problems. Would be worth the $$$ if it actually produced questions as advertised. Really disappointed :(

Good app. Great feedback and loved the free trial. Wish the question of the day would reset at midnight rather than 24 hours since it was last opened and disappointed that now that I’ve been using the app for almost 90 days it now says the question of the day was already answered and will not let me view or attempt it (I figure it was one of the many questions I’ve done in the practice quizzes).
Overall, I highly recommend this app to anyone studying for their NBCOT licensure exam.

Great adjunct to other study tools
Love this app for on-the-go studying! Hoping it will help me pass the NBCOT on the first try!
Very expensive for what it actually is
The questions are knowledge based and not in the same format as the NBCOT. Also many questions are repeated so there are not 500 individual questions. Dissatisfied and wish I could get my money back.

This is the best you can do?
The app can't process the number of people using it so it frequently shuts down, freezes, or loses data. This app is a mess.

It was OK
I was really excited when I saw that this app provided test questions, but was disappointed by the quality of the questions as they were all questions that I could compile myself relatively easily. I do not feel it was worth the $22 I spent when I could have used it to purchase and NBCOT product instead. The one redeeming quality of this app is its convenience as it is portable and can be used any where any time.

Great tool for studying on the go. Didn't give it 5 stars bc I would like to be able to clear out the app and re-set tests.
Good App
Very good app to test your knowledge on key topics and terms in all 4 domains! Completely based on Rita Flemming's study guide. But it should not be your only study guide. Some topics like Rancho Los Amigos and Claudia Allen's are not included in depth. Very good resource though and excellent platform to study! Much more effective than just reading.

I love this app! I especially like the question of the day feature! It's a useful app to use for when you're waiting in line at the grocery store and you could use that time to study for your boards! The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that I think it would be very beneficial to have diagrams in the explanations of some of the questions.
