For those that still have this device 10 years later, congratulations. Now, you can only use this as a Wi-Fi router or repeater and memory card reader. It may still come in handy for when you’re at a hotel or out and about and want a little bit of a better Wi-Fi signal and have the option to connect ethernet cord in your hotel. However, probably better off just using your cell phone signal. You cannot use the ability to transfer files by just plugging in your phone and connecting to the device itself. The only thing you can do is use it as a power bank to charge your device. Other than that unless you find a way to hack into it, enjoy your piece of history.

With the new iOS formats unfortunately this app no longer works. Which is extremely unfortunate because this closed network device is amazing for traveling. Would love to continue to use this product, unfortunately without the app update the Monster OTG device is only good for a small battery backup for my other devices. Please update. 2 stars for still being able to use the battery otherwise 1 star at this point in time.

Monster does support its products
Just bought a Otc cloud by monster a couple of years ago. No longer supported. A lot of $ for 2 years.

Equipment is junk without an update. So much for customer support. Monster does not support it’s legacy equipment that requires updating.

I tried to use this with my iPhone 8, but it doesn’t work with iOS 11.

I know new products has been introduced since you started but the fact of the matter is I can past this on to my family to use. So please let’s get to the drawing board and get this done. Not updating this app does not instill confidence in your devices. Thanks

i still want to use my OTG Cloud device but now can’t because you haven’t updated your app to work with the latest iOS. i would give your app a 5 if i could still use it. if you don’t update it i would have to buy another product which uses an app also. i am reluctant because after spending a good chunk of money don’t want to have an expensive useless product because app is no longer supported. if i could go back to iOS 10 i would. but Apple won’t allow-which i’m also annoyed by.

Finally needed to use the app only to find out it doesn’t run under iOS 11!

Ok, but needs a few things
Sleek and quick app.
However, it needs to support the "Open In..." Function to allow items to open in other apps as well as to save files to the OTG cloud (in other words, "Open In..." in both directions - universal Import/export).
Currently, saving locally just saves a photo, for example, to the Local folder in the app; there's no way to save it to the Camera Roll to edit, send it somewhere, nor export it to another app. Likewise, since there is no way to import other file types to the app, if I type a document in Word on my iPhone and export it as a PDF I cannot save it to the OTG Cloud; the app only allows pic and video uploads. Not very useful.
Add the functionality to import/export all file types in and out of the app (like Google Drive, DropBox, and Box) so they can be used in other apps on the device and this will be a VERY useful app!

What little functionality the app did have is now completely gone under iOS 11 as the developer has apparently decided not to support the app anymore (the last update was 3 years ago). I’m deleting the app for good now as the OTG Cloud is a pointless device nowadays anyway.

Got ripped
I transferred a movie from my pc with an .avi and it did not recognize he file. The manual says that it recognize all files but no it didn't. So my advice to you people don't buy it it's a waste of money if there a negative 10 on the ratings I would rate it that way lo and behold there is none so rating it 1 star How come they don’t upgrade their app so we can use it on the present iOS wake up monster. 0000000000(star) for you, PEOPLE don’t buy monster product it’s a ripoff
