After two games I can’t even open the app without having to wait for an ad
Freezes nearly every game
Used to love playing this game on iPhone but now freezes and glitches so much it’s hardly worth playing. Such a shame
Introduction of Ads
Used to love playing. Now, the app loads and starts with an Ad. You can play 2-3 games, then you start a game that loads blank, no tiles to turn. This forces you to restart the app so you have to watch another Ad.
There’s also instances of your opponent clearly running out of time, but then a tile is still turned 5-10 seconds later. Then those opponents that have clearly lost, but somehow freeze the game - the timer runs out but they aren’t declared as lost and the game just hangs until you restart the app.
It’s now a 1 star app for me.

Jesus Christ at the ads!!! Play one game and suffer through at least THREE ads. Delete engaged.

Update- software updated by developer 1 week ago- First game I played and it froze again. Dang it! FIX IT!!!! I love this app but over the last month it has been freezing up regardless of where I am located and if I am on wifi or cellular data. My percentages have gotten skewed as a result of not finishing games. Also, the ads are very annoying. I am moving to a paid app.

I’ve been using this app for many years, but I’ve stopped using it because of the nonstop deluge of ads that has made the game unusable.
Despite the developers promising to fix the situation with the endless stream of ads, the game is still plagued by them. This includes a long unskippable ad before you’re able to play.
AVOID DOWNLOADING, you will regret it if you do.

Every Release Brings More Bugs
I love this game, and I really enjoy playing online opponents using this app. For this is has worked OK for a long time.. but recently it’s got to the point of frustration as more bugs creep in.
Frequently you’ll enter a game that is totally blank.. this has been the case for years.
More recently, the game will freeze mid game (often mid animation or a turning tile) and this will render your phone unusable for about 5-10 seconds .
Add to that the proliferation of robot opponents when you should be playing other humans and this game can’t score more than two.
If they fixed the bugs it would be a four out of five, but given how long these bugs have been around, I wouldn’t hold my breath

I love the game but it freezes constantly
I love this game. I love the layout. But it constantly freezes while playing. There seems to be some sort of memory leak in the game that even causes my phone to stop responding to touch. I reached out to the developer and they said it was a known issue. I’ve waited for weeks, hoping they would get it fixed. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like it’s getting fixed. It’s very sad.

Dysfunctional app
The app used to work and have some issues sometimes, but now it work sometimes it freezes most of the time have reported the issues with videos and screenshots. Nothing has been done.
Frustrating game issues
I have had this game for years, probably more than 10 yrs. I have stuck with it through multiple bugs, knowing developers need time and real game play to work through issues. However it is getting beyond frustrating to deal with the crashes that I am convinced are tied to cheaters and sore losers. I have sent videos to support of the weird freezing and such that happens very coincidentally only when and opponent seems likely to lose. My stats have been greatly affected by the intentional crashes experienced. After finally getting more friends and family willing to learn and play I can’t in good conscience recommend a game with these issues that seem to be ignored by developers and the support team. After reading reviews I am not alone in these cheating issues. Sad.

Freezes in the middle of the game
In the middle of the game, the screen will freeze and you will have to close out of the app and watch another 30 second ad to play another game. Are we trying to get more ad revenue? Does this occur on the paid version?

Bug
The game lags and crashes mid game. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m playing with my data or music in the background but it does this EVERYTIME… sick of the lag so deleted the app

I love this game and would give the game a 5/5 rating, but the fact that I can no longer even get to the game without watching a ridiculously long ad has put me off, and I will probably delete and try another one.
