About
OTO is a simple gym log for barbell training. Write down what you lift, and watch your records and your progress.
LOG IN A FEW TAPS
• Pick the movement, set the weight and reps, save. Next time OTO starts from your last lift, so you only change what is different.
• Plates per side for your bar, in pounds or kilos, in their competition colors.
• RPE and how the set felt, if you want them.
• Plan a training day and work through it set by set.
• 50 built-in gym movements, most with a how-to guide, plus your own exercises.
SEE YOUR RECORDS
• OTO spots a new PR while you type: 1, 3 and 5 rep maxes.
• Estimated 1RM for every lift, and a percentage table with the plates to load.
• The Progress tab sums up your week, keeps your streak and charts where each lift is heading.
• Turn a PR into an image for Instagram or WhatsApp.
RANK AGAINST YOUR GYM
With a free account, your best lifts join your gym's leaderboard and the one for all of OTO, by estimated 1RM or pound for pound (DOTS). Your level on each lift, from Beginner to Elite, comes from the results of thousands of competition lifters of your category, age and body weight.
TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
• Follow the people at your gym, or anyone on OTO.
• Each workout you log becomes a post, with a photo and a caption if you want, likes and comments.
• A profile with your photo, username and a grid of your workouts.
• Send a workout to anyone who follows you.
• Notifications for new followers, likes, comments and workouts sent to you.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• Logging works without internet and without an account.
• With an account, your log syncs across your phones.
• Export a full backup or a spreadsheet (CSV) any time, and import it on a new phone.
• Without an account, nothing leaves your phone. Delete any post, or your whole account, from the app whenever you want.
In Spanish and English, with light and dark themes and three app icons.
