Otokiro: Voice Notes & Journal

Catch a thought before it slips away. Otokiro records voice notes on your iPhone or Apple Watch and turns them into text on your iPhone. CAPTURE IN THE MOMENT Record an idea, a reminder or a reflection with one tap. Record for up to 30 minutes on iPhone or five minutes on Apple Watch. Watch complications and Record Note controls make it easy to start a note. Your watch keeps each recording until your iPhone confirms receipt. READ, EDIT AND FIND IT LATER Browse notes by day and search titles, transcripts and tags. Edit your words, adjust the title and tags, and play the original recording. Re-transcribe with another model or language, compare earlier transcripts and restore a version when you need it. Recently Deleted keeps deleted notes available to restore for 30 days. CHOOSE YOUR TRANSCRIPTION Use Apple's on-device speech recognition or choose a downloadable model from the Model Library, including Parakeet and Whisper. Available languages depend on the model and your device. Once a suitable model is ready, transcription happens on your iPhone without sending recordings to a transcription service. On supported iPhones with Apple Intelligence available, Otokiro can add a short title and tags on-device. Otherwise, it uses the note's first words as the title. You can always make them your own. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR NOTES There is no account, advertising or analytics SDK. Turn on App Lock to require Face ID or your device passcode when you return. Share a transcript or its audio, or export your library as a ZIP containing Markdown, JSON and available recordings. Notes and recordings are stored on your devices and may be included in your iPhone's backups. Speech model downloads require an internet connection; Apple manages its speech assets separately. Copies you share or export are handled by the destination you choose. Otokiro requires iOS 26 or later. The optional Apple Watch app requires watchOS 26 or later and a paired iPhone. Apple Watch is not required to record and use Otokiro on iPhone.
