Disappointing experience
As a tutor, I had a disappointing experience with Otoo Tutor’s handling of emergencies. Due to a genuine medical emergency, I had to cancel a confirmed demo class at the last moment. While I understand that cancellations can affect parents and the company’s reputation, the response I received felt more focused on warnings and suspension policies rather than empathy or support during a difficult situation.
Professionalism is important from both sides, but tutors should also be treated with understanding when genuine emergencies happen. The interaction left me feeling unsupported and undervalued.

Fake company
Absolutely the worst experience ever. This company is highly unprofessional and completely unreliable. They have not paid me for 10 days of work, despite repeated follow-ups and false promises. If you're an employee or a tutor thinking of working with them - don't. You'll likely be wasting your time and energy for nothing.
As for their tuition services, they are just as bad - poorly organized, no clear communication, and zero accountability. They lure clients with big claims and then fail to deliver anything remotely close to quality education. It's all talk and no substance.
Avoid this company at all costs - whether you're a tutor or a parent looking for classes. There are far better and more trustworthy options out there.
