All I get are flashing colored lines. From what I’ve read they’ve never updated the app for iOS upgrades. Ripped of my by the Chinese again.

Going to return it. If you people come out with something and then sell it you should at least make sure it works . People don’t know that you have to do what you say to do before they buy this . To me you are scamming a lot of people. Cause it don’t work like you say it does . Anyone that buys this needs to return it so you don’t make money on something that don’t work! So disappointed!

App no longer works
The app no longer works as it hasn’t been updated. You can no longer see the feed. Makes the scope useless.

App stopped working, hasn’t been updated in a long time, and now the hardware is useless! Very disappointing.
PLEASE FIX FOR NEW IOS
My iPhone 11 and my iPad Pro will only display a distorted camera view. When I connect the device to earlier iPhones or android products, the camera works fine. PLEASE FIX THIS, I don’t want to have to return the device again.

Received Smart Otoscope today and unfortunately the view on my iPhone 11 / iOS 13.6.1, is distorted with colored lines.
Based on a prior review iPhone work with iOS 8 or above.
From what I can tell, if the view was not distorted, this would be a great device.
Will be returning.

Camera view
For some reason the camera will not work. I even got it replacement unit from amazon and fit still won’t work ! I think it’s an app issue not a unit issue. Please fix !!!!

camera view is glitches on iphone 8/x and newer
android app works fine but ios app (tested on iphone 8 and X) shows glitched camera view
