App doesn’t work
The app is completely broken. You can’t add an account. You can’t delete an account. You can’t add money to it and when you get to the charging station, you can’t actually charge your vehicle.
It sucks!

Works fine though collects an obscure amount of data
The app worked fine, seems they fixed the account issue other reviews mentioned, shouldn’t need my email, address, and full name for an app where you scan a QR code and bill a credit card. Does allow you to find otr’s with a plug and shows there status which is nice, but everyone’s gonna use PlugShare anyway.

Create account & then when attempting to sign in again advised account name or password invalid. Unable to reset password.
Create new account with different username & same story. No contact or assistance onsite. Add the fact it is expensive against other providers I have just given up!

Good reason to avoid these charging stations at all costs
Onboarding failed. Check input data.
Like all the others have said, you can't create an account so you can't charge your car. This might suggest you've got an existing account rather than trying to create a new account again with the same details.
Unable to login
I have used the OTR EV app multiple times previously, now I have been logged out and neither my regular OTR nor my OTR ev account will let me in. Oh and for good measure, nowhere on the app to send off a request for assistance.

Fails to allow setting up an account
Gives an onboarding error when trying to set up an account. Complains non-specifically about data I have provided. Pretty sure data is all in order. Frustrating….
